Folly Island is a barrier island, part of the Sea Islands in the Atlantic Ocean, in the state of South Carolina on the east coast of the United States. It is 18.7 square kilometers (7 square miles) in size, and so quaint! I loved exploring the dark sands of Folly Beach with the beautiful view of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier. The Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve is a beautiful spot to explore with a great view of Morris Lighthouse, palm trees, and tall swaying grasses. The Folly Beach County Park is also a pretty spot to explore!
